The warranty terms of service applies only to products purchased from Moment Semiconductor, Inc. channel sales. 
During the warranty period and failure under normal use, MOMENT will provide repair or replace service.
Please return to an authorized MOMENT dealer or distributor from which you purchased the MOMENT product.

Limitations

MOMENT warranty terms provided for the following cases, does not apply to:
1. Abuse, misuse, any unauthorized disassembly, repair or modification.

2. Unusual physical or electrical stress or interference, failure or fluctuation of electrical power, lightning, static electricity,

    fire or acts of God. It also does not extend to any product.

3. Damage or alteration of warranty, quality or authenticity stickers.

4. Carrying an incorrect, damaged, or unclear product serial number.

5. Purchased from an unauthorized reseller or retailer.

6. MOMENT is not responsible for recovering any data lost due to the failure of all product.
